Ahhh! TOO MUCH INFORMATION!  PrettySparklies (PS) & UnashamedTwi-Wife (UT) go way back! They’ve been friends since college (over 10 years ago *cry*). They are really excited about this blogging endeavor. It will allow them to share our obsession, both anonymously and publicly, with people who feel the same way as they do. Unfortunately, hardly any of their friends share their obsession, so they needed an outlet. Read their first post to see how their TwiObsessions came about.

In November 2010 RobstenCuteness(RC), Married2MyJacob(M2MJ) and TwiFishie(TF) joined their ranks after many hilarious tweets, IMS and Twi-filled lunches.

We all find it fascinating that we’re not the only women 30+, with spouses and children, that can’t get enough Twilight, the actors and even the actor’s friends!  We keep re-reading the saga and it just seems to get better, as well as watching the movies. Why aren’t we bored with it all? It’s utterly INSANE!  But, with so many other women out there feeling the same way, are we really that insane?  We don’t think so. We can’t be!

PS and UT LOVE reading Letters To Twilight and Letters To Rob every chance they can get. When talking about the posts each morning [or whenever we get the chance] ]half the time we’re confused by some of the shorthand or inside jokes, especially since we’re OLD and out of touch. HA! We often wondered what ever happened to Letters to Taylor? Yeah, what’s up with that?! What happened ladies? We know you can’t have a letter for every cast member, but they’re a twifecta aren’t they? And our website was born!

At first we started as Breakin’ Down Letters to Taylor, um We Mean Twilight (BreakinDownLTT) since we love those websites, but by accident UT came up with the name Adventures In Twilighting and it stuck! We just had to adopt it! So, PS set out immediately to buy the domain and set us up a new site. We’re still the same, but just had to get the fantabulous new name.
